Genital warts: While you may not actually see genital warts, they may so small, microscopic even, that there would be no way of seeing them. A dermatologist may be able to spot them and prescribe accordingly. And make sure your partner(s) don't have them.

Possibly: You may still have microscopic warts that are not obvious, but in many cases your immune system may have cleared the infection and hopefully the warts will not recur.
