Yes: Our blood pressure consists of upper (systolic) and lower (diastolic) reading. These are upper and lower readings of a pulse wave. Our blood travels from heart to legs in a pulse wave. Upper (systolic) pressure is more important. Normal systolic BP may range from 80 to 140.
