Malaise: Possibly you aren't getting enough sleep. Also, it can be a thyroid issue. Strong possibility it can be an infection, such as mono, which many college kids get. You should get checked out.

Worth a trip to doc: There are many causes of fatigue;determining a cause requires a proper history/physical & appropriate labs/studies.Irregular sleep habits are common in college; even trying to compensate on weekends,one could be left feeling as described.Obstructive sleep apnea can occur even to in-shape people.Alcohol adversely affects sleep cycles-may get less REM.Stress/anxiety,depression,other med problems...
