Surgery , RT or meds: There two type of bone cancer, primary and metastatic. The primary lesions ie osteogenic Sa , chondroSa or Ewings sarcoma are treated by surgery and chemo. Metastatic lesions such as breast and prostate to bone receive hormone therapy for control while the more aggressive lesions like lung Ca to bone are given chemo but with a poor response. RT used for bone pain. Checkpoint inhibitors can help
