Could being in the car while people are smoking weed show up on a drug test?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Rarely, yes: But the smoke has to be so thick you couldn't see out the window, and the exposure will likely be felt - "contact high." the cut-offs used in cannabis testing (50 ng/ml) are quite high and if you reach them, you were inhaling enough marijuana smoke to have a clinical effect on you. If a positive test is confirmed, you may not be hired, may lose a job, or have legal issues. Pick better friends.
