Could a man die during marathon sex?

Not of sex itself: I did autopsy one guy who triggered an asthmatic attack -- he was so excited about the situation he forgot to bring his inhaler. This is the one thing you can't die of if you're reasonably healthy. In fact, deaths in coronary patients are less common than popular wisdom suggests. Even prolonged excitement / "edging" won't kill you without serious underlying disease.
