No relationship: Folks with asperger's syndrome have no greater chance to have conduct disorder than the general population. People with the syndrome struggle with personal relationships, but not to the extent that aggressive behavior becomes involved in conduct disorder (the old term of psychopath is no longer used). The environment is also important and may support inappropriate behaviors from children.
