Some may: Urine comes from the bladder ; exits via urethra, semen is the vagina ; some may drain when she is urinating but not all necessary. Some or most of the ejaculated semen may come out before she reaches the bathroom.

Not enough: If you are considering this as a form of birth control, it isn't.If a woman squats and pees, some of her urine will circulate in the vagina and wash out semen/sperm, but not reliably. It is not enough to stop a potential pregnancy from the encounter. It only removes a fraction of the material if any.
