Same as regular ones: Blood blisters are no different from regular blisters aside from filling w/blood rather than clear liquid. Best to keep blister intact. In other words, don't rupture it or poke it or drain it, whether blood or not. As long as blister is intact, contents are sterile. So just cover it up & protect it from trauma & injury. If fills w/pus or turns red w/pain, then go see your Family Doc for evaluation
