Get tested.: The only way to know if you have HIV is to get tested for hiv. Not all people with HIV develop a rash, and many people with rashes do not have hiv. Rash is nonspecific for HIV versus other things. If you have any concern that you may be HIV positive, then visit a clinic or doc office and get tested and discuss the results with someone who has experience and can give you good information.
