All of it: No physical restriction after a month of surgery most gallbladder surgery are done laproscopically if that is the case no restriction if you had a open surgery your surgeon might wait until six to eight weeks pass before clearing you from any physical restriction in general a month after all exercise are permitted and encouraged.
