I just scrtached myself with a rusty nail, and i washed it. i had a tetanus shot just over a year ago. should i be worried?

Not necessarily: Tetanus should not be an issue. A localized bacterial infection might be if the area is not tended to but it sounds like you are doing the right stuff.Any evidence of increasing redness, swelling or oozing at the site should be evaluated.
