Too vague: "such a bad mood" is far too vague for anyone here to offer meaningful advice or information. "bad" could mean almost anything-- sad, angry, anxious, irritable, fearful, hopeless, etc. Etc. Before offering suggestions, a competent mental health professional would want to know (at a minimum) what you mean by "bad mood, " how often it occurs, when, and why.
