No in office test: There is no cure for psoriasis. However in the last 15 years some very effective medications have become available that allows a person with psoriasis to lead a normal life. These medications have some potential side effects and you should be monitored for problems. Most people do very well on them. Find a physician who is familiar with the meds and see if you are a candidate.
