Ultimately need exam: Question is why you feel this may be a possibility? Trauma? Infection? May have seen some bleeding with hearing loss? Need a doctor to look in and see what is going on. May choose to see an ENT. If it has ruptured, may heal on its own. Sometimes needs surgery.
