Prescription Rx: Acne on the back won't clear with any topical remedy. You can start using benzoyl peroxide as tolerated while waiting for an appointment with your physician. Adding an antibiotic may clear you, or if you're offered Isotretinoin -- which isn't for the faint-hearted -- consider it seriously.
