Suggest: You be evaluated for possible adhd by a psychologist, psychiatrist or a neuropsychologist. There are many possible causes for attention problems.

Unlikely: If you did not have ADHD as a child and have not experienced a brain injury or infection, it is unlikely you have aDHD at your age. Consult your doctor and explain your concerns. Get evaluation for conditions that can mimic ADHD symptoms.
