Can you tell me how could i get over a bractrim reaction faster?

Be good to the body: When someone experiences an adverse drug effect, the body will try to heal. It's best to 'give it a break' to allow that to happen - so I recommend 'no toxins' (alcohol, cigarette smoke etc), REST since that's what the body needs, good nutrition, and avoidance of other stresses -including too much sunlight, arguments etc. The body will seek to get back into balance - it's built to do that.
