No: If you have one sti it does not necessarily mean that you have another; however, high risk sexual practices (such as having sex with multiple partners without using a condom) that allow you to become infected with 1 sti put you at risk for additiional stis. People who contract 1 sti (such as chlamydia) are usually screened for and may be treated for others (like gonorrhea).
