Musculoskeletal : Bilateral shoulder and hand discomforts absent neck pain is an odd presentation and suggests musculoskeletal strain due to excess physical activity. Thoracic outlet syndrome is also a consideration, but this is rarely bilateral; unless there are unusual and markedly sloped shoulders of inherited (irish/viking) morphology. Rest, focused heat, and an osteopathic evaluation seem indicated.
