A member asked:

I have rheumatoid arthritis. consuming nimsulide tablets help reduce pain. can i take them regularly? i have heard that should not be used much.

See details: Nimesulide is an NSAID somewhat similar to celebrex (celecoxib). It should be used only as directed. Overuse can lead to significant GI and kidney problems. If you have RA you definitely should not smoke. Tobacco use makes things much worse. You do not list your meds but it sounds as if your RA is not well controlled. You need to discuss this with a rheumatologist and be on meds to better control the disease.
