Give it time.: Could be due to several reasons. Might depend on what type fo suture your doctor used. Some take quite some time to dissolve. Assuming you had tansverse incision the corners are usually the last to return to normal. Can't see the nerves in the corners and sensitivity in the corner that lasts for some time is common. Permanent sensitivity possible but not dangerous.Good chance will improve.
