Air in joint: Cracking or poping of joints is thought to be caused by air bubbles in joint fluid being compressed with movement. There is also the possible snapping noise of the peroneal tendons being displaced around the outside of the ankle. See a foot ; ankle surgeon for an examination. There is no vitamin that has been shown to help.
