How rare/possible is it for two adults with mostly all brown/black hair family background to have a blonde hair child?

Not rare: Hair color is determined by multiple genes, and if there are any blond hair genes anywhere in the family, a child might have blonde hair. Good luck!

Completely possible: It is completely possible for this to happen. In fact as the child ages the hair color may actually darken. Don't let anyone's mind race!
