I was diagnosed with mild scoliosis of s shape, and i've pain in my right hip which always come after the joint clicks, it's not severe but what to do?

Depends: If the pain is in the front (groin), it may be the hip joint, and you may want to see a sports specialist who treats hips. If it is in back (buttock), it may be from the back. If exercise and time does not help, see a back specialist.

Therapy: One of the more common causes of what you are describing is a "tight" tendon over the hip known as the tensor fascia Lata, it usually responds well to stretches and/or therapy.
