Unlikely to be pbm: Most brief "heart" pains in your age group (17) relate to your stomach entrance, not your heart. Gastroesophageal reflux tosses stomach acid up the swallowing tube and triggers "heartburn". Avoiding caffeine, nicotine and spicy foods can reduce symptoms as can not eating before reclining for a nap or bedtime.
