These symptoms occur about 1 hour after eating or drinking something with sugar. Check labels. Make sure less than 4 gm sugar. Avoid orange juice, sweet tea, regular soda, and obvious sweets, mints, candy. Low blood sugar can be dangerous. Focus on sugar-free.
