My feet feel like getting zapped?

Zapped feet ? : I am not sure what you mean. It could be paresthesia or abnormal sensation. This happens very frequently in diabetic patients and your local podiatrist can help you with this. This can also be from a pinched nerve in your back and if this is the case you will need to see your neurologist and possibly a neuro surgeon.
