Peyronie's: Sounds like a classic "hour glass" deformity seen with peyronie's disease. Scar tissue deposits on the corporal bodies which cause erection when filled with blood are prevented from expanding normally leading to a narrowing at the site of the scar tissue. Seek medical attention.
