Ouch: That does sound a lot like herpes. If you go to clinic tomorrow or soon, you can get a viral culture done, which is the definitive test for herpes. I'm so sorry you're having to go through this, but definitely see doctor right away so you can know and possibly, get treated. Good luck, i hope it's negative!
