Tendinitis: Most common after beginning this type of exercise is knee tendinitis ( usually patellar, sometimes it band). My advice would be to cross train ( swim, jog , etc. ) and take an NSAID ( like Ibuprofen ) for several days.Ice massage can be helpful for your tendinitis after u exercise . If symptoms persist or worsen see your pcp or orthopedic surgeon. Gl!
