See your gynecologis: Typically nipples do get larger and darker with a pregnancy. But without someone examining your breasts, it is hard to tell if that is normal. Infertility is a big topic with many causes and cannot be addressed on this site. I think you need to get a consultation with a gynecologist.

A 21-year-old member asked:
If you squeeze your nipple and a little white stuff comes out of the bumps, is that normal, or only with pregnant people?

See a doctor: It can occur in benign conditions, but is most common with pregnancy. You must be seen by a physician for an exam and lab work to determine the cause and how to treat this. Until then, wear a tight fitting bra and avoid activity that may cause nipple stimulation.

See your physician.: Hello,
Any new breast lump should be examined by a physician as soon as possible. The lump could be something as harmless as a blocked milk duct or as serious as a tumor.
Take good care.
