Please see your gyn: Cultures and blood antibodies can be done, sometimes if you do indeed have herpes it can develop resistance to the meds.

Get tested: A biopsy or culture of the lesion(s) or a simple blood test cab be definitive. Not all people respond 100% to the anti-viral herpes medications. Best wishes.
