You can: No harm. But that is pointless. They are varieties of the same thing. Valacyclovir is converted to Acyclovir by the body. Valacyclovir is absorbed much better so it produces much higher blood levels of acyclovir. See a dermatologist for most sophisticated management. You might also consult a gyn or infectious disease dr. Other types of drs may do just as well for you but are likely to be poorly pr.
