Read on: Hot soaks either by direct immersion of the area or by applying hot wet packs to the area frequently (every several hours) will bring this to a head which will rupture and drain. If this does not work you may need to be treated with antibiotics. See your doctor. Do not squeeze these. If they have to be opened a sterile needle or a scalpel will be needed. If in the pelvic area may suggest std.

Pilonidal cyst: A pilonidal cyst is an abnormal pocket originating in the skin that usually contains hair, skin debris and other abnormal tissue. A pilonidal cyst is almost always located near the tailbone at the top of the cleft of the buttocks. The term "pilonidal" comes from the latin words for hair ("pilus") and nest ("nidus"). The only way to remove this lesion is by surgery.
