Zoloft (sertraline): Zoloft can have headaches as a side effect. Anxiety can result in the same -- so assessing your baseline is important. Your doctor may be working gradually with the dose so that your body becomes accustomed to it, and any side effects dissipate. This may happen in a couple of weeks. In the meantime, you could take tylenol (acetaminophen) but no more than 3000 mg/day. Keep track of symptoms to share with doctor.
