Left upper abdmnal pain hasn't gone away after 4 days. no fever, vomit, bulge or fatigue.it's not excruciating but bothersome.is this a muscle strain?

Probably Not: Needs GI evaluation. Examine your diet, eliminate gas-producing high-carb foods like bread, potatoes. Expect to have bariuem enema or ct of the abdomen with contrast, endoscopy and probably some blood work.
