What should i do for a first and second degree burn?

Burns: First degree burns are like a sun burn. One of the best medicines I have recommended is aloe vera (pure), it works very well. Both first and second degree burns at the time they occur ice can help is used immediately but second degree burns often need more attention and i would recommend seeing a doctor for this . It may need to be cleaned up and treated appropriately to prevent infection.
