Cold vs Flu?: Cold sx may include: cough, congestion, sneezing, mild fever (or no fever), sore throat, runny nose, minor headaches or bodily aches ; slight fatigue. Flu symptoms can include fever, chills, sore throat, cough, headaches, nasal congestion marked aching of muscles and joints ; significant fatigue. When present, nausea, vomiting and loose stools are more often seen in children.
