Generally similar: 1. Multiple pregnancy is the main risk if ovarian stimulation is used leading to preterm labor and its complications. 2. No evidence that birth defects is increased over those women of similar age. 3. Psychological: limited research indicates that they are generally not different that children conceived naturally.
