Muscle loss? - yes: Severe anorexia can indeed lead to your body using its own muscle as nutrition. This can be very, very dangerous. Please see your doctor and try to get it under control. It is not easy, but it is possible to resolve the condition if it is not too far along. Don't wait. Find help as soon as you can. Best wishes with it.
