You might: Hot pressed oil contains insignificant amount of nut proteins. In nut allergy, you are allergic to the protein of that particular nut. You get reaction to the nut by eating it, not through the skin in general. If the body lotion that you want to use does not have the oil from the nut that you are allergic to, you should be fine. If it does, the risk is really low. See a local allergist for details
