Needs examination: First off, how were you able to see your cervix? You're describing what sounds like a vein/vessel which might not be uncommon on a cervix given that your uterus and cervix are vascular structures. See a gynecologist for a more thorough explanation and let him/her know if it's associated with any symptoms such as bleeding/discharge.
