Yes!!!: Hiv is potentially fatal. Syphilis is potentially deadly. Herpes can cause encephalitis and death. Hpv (virus that causes genital warts) causes lots of different types of cancer that kill people (cervix, vaginal, vulvar, penile, anal, skin, head and neck cancers, etc...). Etc, etc, etc...

Presumed Untreated: Hiv will progress to aids, which commonly ends in death. Syphilis, if untreated, can result in later severe neurological damage and death. Herpes can be fatal if it causes brain swelling (encephalitis). Hepatitis a&b cause liver swelling, which can kill you. Warts (hpv) can lead to cervical cancer, which can be fatal. It can also cause oral cancers. Luckily most stds can be managed with meds.
