Yes: Esp in mania there is irritability, grandiosity and impaired judgement. Paranoia may cause the person to misinterpret social cues leading to aggression.

Yes: A NESARC survey indicated that over the course of a lifetime, aggressive behavior was noted in 25.34% with Bipolar I Disorder and 13.58% with Bipolar II Disorder with 0.66% for no psychiatric conditions.
