A member asked:

Please tell me, could baldness be caused because of high chlosterol?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Common male pattern baldness is genetically programmed -- the more hairy-chested the young man, the faster male pattern baldness evolves. Look around you. The other forms of hair loss (fungal infections, alopecia areata, telogen effluvium) aren't related to cholesterol.
