A member asked:

Clonazepam and a tubal ligation, is it okay?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ok for what?: If you are on a prescribed amount of clonazepam, there are no contraindications for surgery. If we are talking about you, am not sure why a 50 year old would need a tubal ligation - it certainly wouldn't be the preferred method for contraception. If you are having surgery, the anesthesiologist will take a history of your medications, among many other things, and will determine whether it's ok.
