Yes but: If that is all that is occurring and no problems with double vision, speaking, swallowing, becoming weak, difficulty breathing, the abrupt onset of incoordination may mean something very different such as a small stroke. Your description is not classical for botulism, and you need to see your doctor and track down what is occurring.
