Ovarian cyst: Ovarian cysts are common after 40 and usually break spontaniously. An ultrasound can help determine whether a surgical removal of tissue should occur, with the tissue then looked at via a microscope to determine the cell composition. You need to follow your doctor's plans for treatment.
