A member asked:

Please tell me, could men genetically pass lymes disease?

No: That is impossible. Lyme is an infection and genetics have nothing to do with it. There is no good evidence to support human to human transmission.

No: No. Lyme disease is a bacterial infection usually transmitted by a tick bite. It is not a genetic disease.
